Delete your account

How to delete your Stimuli account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest way and removes everything immediately.

Open Stimuli.
Go to Settings → Account. (This screen is reachable even if you don't have a subscription.)
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Confirm delete.

Your account and all associated data are deleted right away, and you're signed out.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can't access the app, email support@stimulifitness.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything tied to it:

Your account and sign-in identity (your email address and login credentials).
All logged training data: sets (weights, reps, reps-in-reserve), estimated one-rep-max history, readiness ratings, and session history.
Your workout programs (both manual and AI-generated), program progress, favourites, tracked lifts, custom exercises, and day and exercise notes.
Your training profile and app settings stored with your account.
Any copies held on the device you delete from are wiped at the same time.

This action cannot be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase and subscription records. Records of subscriptions and payments are held by Apple App Store, Google Play, and our billing provider (RevenueCat), and are retained by those services to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. We cannot delete these on your behalf. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account.
Anonymous usage analytics. Anonymous usage events are never linked to your account or identity, so they cannot be tied back to you and remain only in aggregate.
Encrypted backups. Residual copies of your data in routine encrypted backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
